Colin Kerbawy was arrested with Paul Hood and John Travers at Draper Laboratories December 28, 1983 and initially released pending the February 8, 1984 trial. After conviction he refused a condition barring his return to Draper and was actually in jail under a 30-day term; the current-prisoner directory individually lists him at MCI Billerica. This later multi-night stay is not continuous custody from the December arrest, and March 10 is only an expected release. The exact physical sentence-intake and release day remain unprinted.
