Biography
Held at Puerta de Tierra and moved with other Law 53 defendants on November 10, 1950. His wife Luisa Guadalupe brought habeas corpus on November 27 against the San Juan district-jail warden, alleging three weeks without access and excessive $25,000 bail they could not pay. The court denied release and bail reduction but allowed joint lawyer consultation subject to the visitation rules. No exact discharge or completed duration is established.
