Biography
Carlos Rolando Segura was a Guatemalan student who spent time in New York’s Greenwich Village during the 1960s. A September 1971 report based on an interview with Segura and Mario Rene Solorzano said U.S. authorities arrested Segura, held him incommunicado for thirty days and expelled him as dangerous to the country. His later Mexican imprisonment was a separate episode and is not counted as U.S. custody. The report does not establish exact U.S. admission or deportation dates.
