Biography
Brian Joseph Fleming, also known as Brian Joseph McSulla, was a U.S.-based Irish republican activist associated with Fianna Éireann. Federal prosecutors charged him and Charles “Chuck” Malone with conspiring to export firearms without authorization for use in Ireland. Fleming was convicted on July 3, 1990. Federal Bureau of Prisons records show that he left federal custody on March 3, 1993; his exact commitment date remains unresolved.
