Biography
Brian Carmichael was incarcerated at the California Medical Facility in Vacaville and organized for HIV medical care and hospice services. Breakthrough documented the campaign and retaliation against its organizers in Spring 1993. A later interview records his first imprisonment in 1983 and release in 1993.
