Biography

Bobbi Lee Silva was one of nine people federally arrested on July 15, 2025 over the June 11 protest that blocked vehicles transporting ICE detainees from the Spokane Homeland Security office. Prosecutors charged the group with conspiracy to impede or injure federal officers. Prosecutors additionally alleged that Silva struck a federal officer while officers cleared a vehicle path.
