Separate January 2, 1986 Livermore citation and release
The January 20, 1986 Livermore report individually names Rev. William O’Donnell among six people arrested on January 2 while holding a “Stop Testing — Research Peace” banner at the laboratory entrance. It expressly says the six were cited and released that same day, with later arraignment notification still forthcoming. William O’Donnell is already an explicitly recorded alias of Bill O’Donnell; this is not an inferred nickname expansion. The brief 1986 custody is separate from the existing 2002–2003 School of the Americas imprisonment. No jail-admission time, overnight stay, conviction, sentence or additional whole-day imprisonment counter is inferred.
