Biography
Benjamin Wood-Pavich was federally charged with forcibly assaulting a federal officer during demonstrations outside the Mark O. Hatfield United States Courthouse in Portland on July 5, 2020. The government dismissed the case without prejudice on November 2, 2020. A later Justice Department comparison of Portland protest cases said it was unknown whether he had been arrested at the scene, and the available record does not establish booking or confinement.
