Biography
Benjamin Sklar is individually named among three speakers arrested at the Milwaukee antiwar demonstration at Second and Wisconsin Avenues on the night before the February 24 dispatch, supporting February 23, 1929. The report says workers then marched to the jail demanding their release. It supplies no formal charge, sentence, actual release or duration. No identity link to another Sklar is established.
