Biography

Known as Don Toño, he joined the Jayuya insurgents without Nationalist Party membership. Heriberto Marín’s 2019 letter, cited by the thesis, explicitly recalls conversations with him while they were both serving life sentences. This establishes actual imprisonment, without exact endpoints or a completed term.
