Biography
Anthony Elijah Slota is a defendant in a September 2026 federal firearms case in northern Alabama. An ATF affidavit alleges that he possessed an unregistered short-barreled shotgun and admitted recently shortening its barrel. The investigation repeatedly references anti-police and anti-government expression; those references are allegations and do not independently establish criminal conduct. The complaint is an accusation, not a conviction. On October 8, 2026, the Madison County Sheriff listed Slota in its inmate roster, booked September 11, with a state sawed-off firearm possession charge and an unspecified hold.
