Biography
Angelo Baldvino was a coal miner whom the November 12, 1928 Daily Worker reports police beat at Export, Pennsylvania. The original prints Baldvino. It says he was held in a police car for about three hours, then taken to Greensburg police barracks, and later spent twelve days in Greensburg Hospital with three broken ribs. The barracks interval is not measured, and hospital treatment is not established as custodial. Neither the three car hours nor twelve hospital days is entered as a complete jail duration. The report discusses an ILD and ACLU damages action, without a secure incident day or actual police-discharge endpoint.
