Of Syracuse, NY, was indicted in 1984 and sentenced Feb. 4, 1985 in federal court in Syracuse to 6 months in prison plus 2 years' probation. A solidarity statement signed by 2,600 people was entered into the sentencing record. Released unconditionally after 4½ months. Long career with the Syracuse Peace Council.
Andy Mager was individually arrested June 4, 1984 for climbing the Griffiss security fence and sentenced September 4 to forty days. This is a separate prosecution from draft resistance. Forty imposed days do not establish completed actual service or exact jail admission.
