The New Afrikan Prisoners Organization’s The Fuse number 12, October 12, 1979, page 1, reports that the aggravated-battery charges against Thomas Blair, Andrew Craig and John Myles were dismissed. The account describes the April 1977 indictments arising from the January 10, 1977 Stateville guard stabbings while the four men were already prisoners. The organization’s allegations of framing are attributed to it. The article supplies neither the exact outcome day nor a physical discharge from the underlying imprisonment; no custody endpoint is inferred from acquittal or dismissal.
