Biography
Sp/4 Allen Myers, a Young Socialist and FortDix antiwar organizer, was arrested by MPs March28,1969 over an alleged April5 march sticker. MPs seized Ultimate Weapon newspapers and delivered him to his commander. He was charged April1 with a printed-matter regulation violation and refused an Article15 option after the commander escalated the possible hearing. Sixty days was a threatened maximum, not an imposed or served term. Planned April26 military discharge is not a verified physical release.
