Biography
Abraham Hermosillo Alvarez was arrested on June 14, 2026 and accused of leading an anti-government plot to attack the UFC Freedom 250 event at the White House with explosive-laden drones and firearms. He remained in federal custody while the case was pending.
The June 14, 2026 Nebraska complaint, No. 4:26-mj-03081-JMD, initially alleged conspiracy to murder and conspiracy to commit an offense against the United States under 18 U.S.C. §§ 1117 and 371. FBI agent Mercedes Smith’s affidavit explicitly states that FBI Omaha arrested Alvarez that day. It alleges that he used the online name Shepherd in planning an attack connected to a White House UFC event, and explains that investigators linked the account to him using subscriber records and other investigation. These were probable-cause allegations, not a conviction. The source does not establish a physical release date or a completed prison term. Source: https://www.justice.gov/opa/media/1446006/dl#page=14
The Falkner affidavit identifies Abraham Alvarez as the user Shepherd and attributes communications to him as part of the probable-cause investigation. It adds no independently fixed physical custody endpoint. The allegations concern a planned June 2026 White House UFC attack and remain allegations in this source.
